It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elwin Charles Roe Jr. of Bella Vista, Arkansas, born in Viola, Arkansas, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozee and Elwin C Roe Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his brother Tommy; his children, Spike (Karen), Alan (Terri), Winnie (Gary), Jenny and Jim (Amber); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Andrew, Aaron, Maddie, Will, Tucker and Cooper.
