He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Olga Gotzh, Bud and Marianne Lee; and his uncles, Tom Tester and Gene Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Gotzh (Jerry) and Phyllis Gotzh; his daughters, Brianna and Kelsey Gotzh; and his siblings, Matt Graif and Paula Anderson (Jim). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
