He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cummings and Leola Cummings; and his siblings, Lloyd, Georgia Reid and Karen Cockerill.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ellen Brown; his wife Bette Ann Coulter Cummings; his children, Douglas William Cummings (Barbara) of Chesterfield Township, MI, Carla Renee Mitchell (Nathan) of Queen Creek, AZ and Peggy JoEllen Walls (Rod) of Macungie, PA; his grandchildren, Leah, Ashley, Christopher and Sarah; his brothers, Roger (Paula) of Independence, MO and George IV (Nadine) of LaFeria, TX; his stepdaughters, Jodi Kimball of Houston, TX and Lisa Strittmatter (Brad) of LaVista, NE.; and also, Tyler, Kyle, Alex and Tinley.
