He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Penner and E. Lois Penner (Gerbrandt); and his brother Bryan Penner. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Penner; his daughters, Elizabeth Parks (Ryan) and Rebekah Kingsley (Brad); his stepsons, Jase Ramsey, Justin Ramsey and Jarrod Ramsey; his brother Rod Penner (Sue); his grandchildren, Brandon Parks, Collin Parks, Logan Parks, Will Kingsley and Anna Grace Kingsley; and his pet Buster.
