She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Teaford and Dena Teaford; and her brother Richard Teaford of Louisville, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Cox, Mark Bernthal, Rachael Gonzales, Paul Bernthal and Carolyn Mentel; and her husband Hubert Leonard Bernthal. She is also survived by her five children; her grandchildren; and her great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (1101 W Hudson Rd, Rogers, AR 72757). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
