He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Herndon (Boots) and Mary Flossie Dukes Herndon. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Herndon; his children, Kristi Mann (Travis), Holly Crockett (Mike), Lorie Scott (Brian), James Symancyk (JK) and Staci Gathright (Jonathon); and his grandchildren, Tanner Mann, Dillon Kimes, Aubrey Crockett, Tyler Mann, Bailey Terrell, Tucker Mann, Michael Crockett Jr., Emma Symancyk, Turner Symancyk, Jacob Gathright and Shelby Gathright. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
