He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roger and Pauline McGuire Cougill; his brother Jack Cougill; his daughter Caren Williams; and his stepson Matthew Tedford.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Cougill (Teresa) of Maumelle, Cris Tindell (Toby) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Conya Curley (Allan) of Edmond, Oklahoma; the mother of his children Kay Sexton Miller; and his stepdaughter Susan Galen (Steven) of Bentonville. He is also survived by three nieces and 1 nephew, 9 grandchildren, three great granddaughters, and 5 step grandchildren.
