He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt VanMeter and Alma VanMeter (Arnold); his wife Marguerite Louise Eubank; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his sons, Marvin of Sayre, Carl (Rhonda) of Cuba and Raymond of Rolla, Missouri. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
