He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Edmond and Lora Ellen Horner (Anderson); and his siblings, Eugene Horner, Larry Weatherly, William Horner, Jack Horner, Paul Horner, Maxine Judd and Amali Sue Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Rose Cates; his children, Christopher Charles Horner (Katie Mae) of Hiwasse, Arkansas, Kathleen Lynelle Downen (Randall) of Bryant and Kimberly Ann McCoy (Max) of Emporia, Kansas; his siblings, Michael Amos Horner (Louise) of Claremore, Patrick Horner (Maryann) of Cassville, Louise Corder of Tulsa, Jane Harvey of Springfield, Ada Belle Wilmann of Kingman and Melanie Jo Tichenor of Springfield, Missouri; his sisters-in-law, Linda Horner of Cassville and Mary Dale Horner of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christopher Jacob Horner (Abbie), Jaime Garms (Keith), Jesse Stanton, Alexandra Nicolas and Melaina Nicolas; and his great grandchildren, Henry Charles Horner, Lilian Sue Horner, David Landen Calix, Maeleigh Kate Stanton and Masen Clinton Stanton.
