He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Holm and Charlotte Holm (Berger); his brother John Raymond; and his wife Kathie. He is survived by: his children, Janie Carrig (Robert G.) of Omaha, NE, Carl R. Holm (Susan) of Nebraska City, NE and Dennis Holm (Marnell) of Wahoo, NE; and his grandchildren, James Carrig, Robert D. Carrig, Jennifer Schmitt, Carl Ryan Holm, Christine Holm, Joshua Holm and Nathaniel Holm. He is also survived by eight loving great grandchildren.
