She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Andrews and Ruth Andrews (Butler); and her brothers, Billy and Wayne Andrews. She is survived by: her husband James E. Jacobs; her children, Chris Jacobs (Jennifer) of Bella Vista, Jon Jacobs (Amanda) of Bella Vista and Stephanie Turner (Alan) of Sioux Falls; her brothers, Donald Andrews (June) of Wynne and Jessie Andrews (Vicki) of Gibson, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Katlin Hardin (Randle) of Bentonville, Conner Jacobs of Bella Vista, Tyler Jacobs of Bella Vista, Andrew Turner of Sioux Falls and Sara Turner of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members; and a lifetime of friends.
