He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Willard and Agnes Ollie Soule; his sister Dolores Sherwood; and his daughter Laura Eileen. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Tracey Duncan (Randy), Daniel Soule (Kathryn) of Oregon and Jennifer Clark (Dave).
