She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Vee Hoyle, Ralph Webb, Jessie Smith and Sydona Smith; and her father-in-law Jimmy Lee Howell.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary Lynn Smith Sr. and Angela Webb Dollarhide; her husband Josh Howell of Bella Vista; her mother-in-law Donna Howell of Garfield, Arkansas.; her stepmother Beverly; and her siblings, Gary Smith Jr. (Megan), Matthew Smith (Bethany), Jennifer Wright (Aaron), Fayeth Church (Jimmie) and Heather Dollarhide. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
