He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Leroy Birkhead and Vivan Myrick Reynolds; and his siblings, Curtis Joe Reynolds, Peggy Bice and Lodean Wolfe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Whitehead of Fitzhugh and Faye Houston of Tupelo.
