He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rowe and Mamie Rowe; his wife Dot Rowe; his grandson William Joseph Rowe; and his siblings, Macon, Chester, Joe, Alfred Rowe and Carmelita Lenderman.

He is survived by: his sons, Charles Rowe (Sharon) of Paragould, Roger Rowe (Cindy) of Little Rock and Bart Rowe (Anita) of Paragould; and his grandchildren, Brittani Oden (Brian) of Paragould, Amber Sandlin (Josh) of Jonesboro, Ryan Rowe (Sandy) of Beech Grove, Laura Brandt (Bailee) of Elkins, John Rowe of Arlington, Virginia, Matthew Rowe (Lauren) of Paragould and Madison Ritter (Isaiah) of Paragould. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
