He was predeceased by: his parents, L. W. Perry and Evy Mae Proffer Perry; his wife Louise Perry; his son Eldon Floyd Perry; his siblings, Andrew, Elwood, Ora, Elvis, Charlie, Williford Perry, Nora Perry, Irene Lowe, Alene Pery, Lena Clapp and Frances Cox; and his grandson James Earl Perry.
He is survived by: his children, David Perry (Debbie) of Paragould, James Perry (Sue) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Evelyn Thomas (Roy) of Paragould, Barbara Billingsley (Terry Billingsley) and Betty Webster of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Heather, Charlie, Rebekah, Amadna Jo, Joseph, Katelyn, Amanda Lynn, Anita and Derek. He is also survived by children; and 1 great-great grandchild.
