He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed C. Turner and Hazel E. Palmer Turner; his wife Betty J. Turner; his children, Chris C. Turner and Susan G. Turner; his brother Lowell Turner; his niece Sonja Turner; and his sister Viola Keaton (Wayne).
He is survived by: his son Mark Turner; his daughter-in-law Florence; his grandson Lucas Turner; his sister Jo Turner; his sister-in-law Carolyn Turner; his nephews, Michael Turner (Edie) and Brent Guinn; and his niece Sherrie Horn (Ronnie).
Donations to Conway Human Development Center is recommended in lieu of flowers.
