It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Jean Presley (Beebe, Arkansas), born in Searcy, Arkansas, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Rebecca Grubbs; her sons, Sean Darr and Dennis Presley; and her siblings, Vollie Hester, Bessie Williams, Vaccol Holt and Robert Payne Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sheryl Presley; her granddaughters, Arin Presley, Addison Presley and Alexis-Aubrey Presley; her pet Piper; and also Roger Jordan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012).
