He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Chastain (Jim) of Beebe and Debra Fields (Russ) of Lonoke; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Fields, Jeremy Fields, Crystal Meyer (Shane), Misty Davis (Josh), Cody Chastain and Caitlin Kay (Aiden); and his caregivers, Brandy Crites and Barbara Meyer.
