With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael McVey of Beebe, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Michael had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Michael may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George McVey and Mary McVey. He is survived by: his wife Blenda McVey; his children, Julie (Jon) of Gaithersburg and Drew (Tayhlor) of Beebe; his siblings, Alan (Molly) of Little Rock and Renee (Billy) of Des Arc; his granddaughter Anna of Gaithersburg; and his sister-in-law Donna Hitt (Curtis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Beebe or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
