He is survived by: his wife LeAnna Murphy Howard; his stepfather Galand Poe; his children, Shannon Michael Howard, Joey Lynn Howard, Clinton James and Kristi Marie Sly; his siblings, Kenneth Earl Howard, Rebecca Kay Pruett, Brenda Sue Case and Vera Juanity Shipp; and his father-in-law James D. Murphy.
