He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Spradlin and Barbara Spradlin; and his sister Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Paula Spradlin; and his children, Kelsey Hollands (Josh), David Spradlin and Lydia Spradlin. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
