He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rettig and Mable Rettig; his siblings, Charles, Carthal and Dorothy; and his grandson Stephen.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rettig; his children, Jamey Rettig (Susan), Jimmy Rettig (Jennifer) and Rex Ingle; and his siblings, Barbara (Manuel), Brenda (Doug), Peggy, Ann (Bennett), Erma and Steve (Tonya). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
