He was predeceased by: his son Billy W. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lunsford; and his daughters, Brenda Lonergan of Ward, Karen Wiechman (Bill) of Rogers and Sheri Brooks (Wayne) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
