He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Gibbs and Oliver Gibbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Stubblefield, Danny Gibbs and Jimmy Gibbs; and his children, Bobbyjoe Gibbs Jr. (Kaye), Lee Gibbs (Heather Paquin) and Michael David Gibbs (Charlie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many extended family.
