He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Fowler and Goldie Fowler; his former wife Sissy Fowler; and his grandson Tyler Jordan Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Minnie B. Price (Sissy); his children, Brenda G. Luebke (Mark) and Timmy J. Fowler (Kim) of Beebe, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Derek Fowler (Allison), Dustan Fowler (Courtney), Brandon Luebke (Dani), Isabelle Luebke, Avery, Alexis, Anlea, Sadie, Luca and Grayson Fowler; and his close friend Willodene Vincent.
