She is survived by: her mother Staci Paige Hendrix; her sons, Briar Hendrix, Sawyer Smalley and Kamryn Quinn; her siblings, Haleigh Churchwell (Alex), Preston Longstreet, Mayson Longstreet and Grant Smalley; her grandparents, Rose McCleland (Don), Harvey Smalley and Deborah Smalley; her nephews, Gaige Decker and Grayson Decker; her niece Madeline Churchwell; and her close friends, Whitney Dunlap, Erica Boyd and Morgan Waymack. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, and an abundance of friends.
