He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jacobs and Hazel Jacobs; and his brothers, Jerry and Kenneth Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Pat Jacobs of Bee Branch; his sister Lola Jurca (John) of Texas; his children, Jason, Chris and Kathleen Jacobs of Texarkana; and his stepchildren, Doug Eason (Wendy) of Bee Branch, Lesla Hays (John) of Damascus, Ann Clift (David) of Bee Branch and Mark Eason (Angie) of Lindsay, TX. He is also survived by two nieces; five nephews; eleven grandchildren and eighteen great- grandchildren.
