He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Huie Kay; his children, Dana Huyck (Terry) of Shirley, Tina Brock (Keith) of Knoxville and Jennifer Allen (Jason) of Bee Branch, Arkansas; his siblings, Jeff Kay (Tracy French) of Rusk, Jerry Kay (Laura) of Clinton, Robert Kay (Kim) of Conway, Jamie Kay of Greenbrier and Pamala Owens (Clay) of Eustis, Florida; his grandchildren, Malyssa Brock, Russell Brock and Kandi Davis; his great grandchild Christian Davis; his father Roy Thomas Kay; his grandfather Neal Jerral Kay of Helen Kay; and his brother Mike Kay. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
