He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hice and Nova Lee Hice (White); and his children, Sherry Ann Hice, Shea Appleby and B. J. Brawner.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Jeanne Buckman; his son Frankie Don Hice (Cornelia); his son-in-law Steve Appleby; his daughter Stephanie Cooper (Richard); and his grandchildren, Stepheni Appleby (John), Scotty Appleby (Kayla), Katie Breman, Michael Hice, Damiean Salinas, Greyson Cooper, Merrissa Williamson, Austyn Cooper and Caitlyn Cooper. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, extended family, other relatives and many friends.
