He is survived by: his children, Jeff Pennington (Nicki), Greg Pennington and Wanda Williams (Tommy) of Bearden, AR; his sister Lanell Williams of Bearden, AR; and his grandchildren, Guy Williams of Bearden, AR, Jay Williams of Tinsman, AR, Kayla Franks of Ouachita, AR, Holly Pennington and Laney Pennington of Bearden, AR. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
