She is survived by: her husband Ernest Purifoy of Bearden; her children, Kenny Wayne Godwin (Ginger) of Holly Springs, Halana Jessica Jones (Daniel) of Pioneer, LA and Amanda LaRae Cook (Scott) of Bearden; her brothers, Michael Smith (Martha) of Bismarck, Ricky Smith (Renee) of Bismarck and Terry Smith (Michelle) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Gunner of Bearden, Madison of Bearden, Jaxon of Bearden, Nora Cook of Bearden, Benjamin, Edward, Olivia and Cheyenne Jones; her stepgrandson Darren Holt of Bearden; her children, Mary Rogers Seale, Tommy King and Ruff Rogers; and her stepdaughter Melissa Oakley of Arkadelphia.
