He is survived by: his wife Claritha of Washington; his children, Dimetrich (Dawn) of Little Rock, AR, Tracey Smalls (Jason), Otis, Jr. (Satarah) of Little Rock, AR, Montra Starks (Shianne) of Rockford, IL and Elethia Starks of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Broderick Neal of Los, Angeles, Enrique (Gretchen) of Portland, OR, Stephanie of Washington, Euna of Washington, Erica of Signal Hill, CA, Monica Brock (Steve) of Greenville, TX and Christa of Raleigh, NC; his aunts and uncles, Irene Bullock, Emma Jean Harris (Willie) of Camden, AR, Otis Walker of Rockford, IL, Carl Lee Henry of El Dorado, AR and Jessie Henry of California; and his siblings-in-law, Margie Paul (Ashley) of Inkster, MI, Dorothy Mays (John) of Bearden, AR, Annie McElroy (Thomas) of Milwaukee, WI, James Milton and Ricky Milton of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.

In 2007, he became a member of the New Foundation Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder Thomas McElroy.
