He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim L. Clemons and Bessie Mae Mosley Clemons; his wives, Elsie Clemons and Becky Burkholder; his granddaughter Cortnie Brown; and his siblings, Eva Ragsdale, Mary Frances Clemons, Hugh Ed Snow Bird (Clemons) and Sam Clemons.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Todd Clemons of Bearden, John Jason Johnson of Texarkana, Shelia Clemons of Bearden and Ashley J. Parham of Cocoa, FL; and his siblings, James "Button" Clemons of Bearden, Harry Clemons of Bearden and Vikki Mosley of Bearden. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
