He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Shuler and Viola Shuler; his wife Elayne Jerige; and his sons, Billy Shuler and Hank Shuler.
He is survived by: his children, Tommie Shuler (Thresa) of East Camden, David Shuler (Tammy) of Fordyce and Jessica Knowlton (Jeff) of Manila; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Novick of Camden; his siblings, Jerry Shuler of Bearden, Richard Shuler of Ft. Lupton, CO and Nadyne Jenkins of Westminster, CO; and his grandchildren, Dusti Shuler, Christina Novick, Nicole Shuler, Tommie Shuler and Kelsey Powers. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
