She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Brazeale and Lula Beard Brazeale; her husband Ferrell Dodson; and her siblings, Harold Brazeale and Mary Dean Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Daniell of Holly Springs, Darlene Peterson (Ricky) of Holly Springs, Judy Boroughs (Mike) of Holly Springs and Buddy Dodson (Missy) of Holly Springs; and her siblings, Pete Brazeale of Camden and Bettye Abbott of Bearden. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
