He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Quarles and Annie Quarles; and his siblings, Herschel, William, Carlton, Maxine Couch, Ernestine Deadmond, Christine Roark and Ann Gresham.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Abbott Quarles; and his daughters, Holly Fincher (Rob) of Camden, AR. and Hope Jones (Marc) of Fayetteville, AR.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
