He is survived by: his mother Betty Joe Young Phillips; his children, Amy West (Jammie) of Bearden, AR, Lori Doherty of Bearden, AR, Nikki Baynard of Florida and Richard Doherty of Bearden, AR; his grandchildren, Breydon, Richard, Christopher, Lillianna and Haidyn Doherty; and his siblings, Loretta Weaver of Louisiana and Jay Young of Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
