With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Jose (Bearden, Arkansas), born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on December 16, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Hickman and Mable Bell Hickman; her daughters, Alma Strickland and Debra Madden; her siblings, Earl, Robert, Paul, Vernon, Floyd, Marvin Hickman, Jane Goza and Mary Yarbro; her grandson Ronnie Graham; and her great grandchild Christian Foust.

She is survived by: her husband Grover Jose of Bearden; her children, Michael Dean of Bearden and Cathy Graham of Bearden; and her siblings, Cecil Hickman of Kennett, MO and Janice Lanthrip of Fordyce. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
