He is survived by: his sons, John Michael Worthen of Bearden and Alvis "Bucky" Worthen, Jr. (Stephanie) of Bearden; his grandson Jory Worthen; his sister Kathryn Ramick; his nephews, Stewart Ramick (Sharon) and Jason Ramick; and his great-niece Maddie Ramick.
