He was predeceased by: his parents, W. F. McDaniel and Minnie McDaniel; and his wife Della Yvonne McDaniel. He is survived by: his children, Gaylon McDaniel (Janice), Jim McDaniel (Penny), Mike McDaniel (Lucinda) and Penny Cole (Don). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
