She is survived by: her brothers, Jerry Vestal (Susan) and Berry Vestal (Beverly); her daughter Sherrie Leavell; her daughter-in-law Patricia Onstead; her grandchildren, Amber Stevens (Ricky), James Onstead (Heaven), James Leavell (Sharlotte), Samantha Leavell and Karen Leavell; and her great grandchildren, Kaley Stevens, Slayden Onstead and Sloane Onstead.
