He is survived by: his children, Gary Finley (Christie) of Texas and Kim Villalobos (Isaac) of Bay, Arkansas; his brothers, Riley Finley (Doris) of Jonesboro, Jim Finley (June) of Jonesboro, Nathan Finley (Carol) of Wynne, Terry Finley of Jonesboro and Chris Finley of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Elliahna Villalobos, Christopher Finley and Elliott Villalobos.
