Roaten; his sons, Nowlin Kenneth Roaten III of Alexander and Steve McKinney of Moss Point; his stepdaughters, Lora Snodgrass of Benton and Sandra Cook of Benton; and his sister Charlotte Watkins (Susan Atawa) of Ohio. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
