He was predeceased by: his parents, B. E. Skaggs and Johnnie Skaggs; and his significant other Wanda Rounsaville. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Lynn Skaggs and Tina Clift (Jeff); his significant other's children, Ron Johnson and Rhonda Tarnowsky (Mark); his grandchildren, Nick Garrett, Megan Spicer (Garrison), Rachel Garrett, Allie Tarnowsky (Jonathan), Zachary Johnson (Sarah) and Macie Johnson (Parker); and the mother of his children Joan Landreth.
