He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Goodman and Irma Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Byrum Goodman; his children, Carter Goodman (Ashley Goodman) of Jacksonville, Florida and Alethea Simpson (John Simpson) of Bauxite; his brother Paul Goodman of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Lauren Goodman of Jacksonville, Caron Ellis of Jacksonville, Abigail Goodman of Jacksonville, Emma Comer of Jacksonville, John Ford Goodman II of Jacksonville, Justin Simpson of Wichita Falls, Bayleigh Simpson and Hayden Simpson of Bauxite; and his great grandchildren, Lily Ellis, Jude Ellis, Shiloh Ellis of Jacksonville and Emily Simpson of Wichita Falls, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with many friends.
Following the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines: masks will be provided, and social distancing will be maintained.
