He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Hoffman and Millie Hoffman; and his sister Jerene Schmidt (Ralph). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Hoffman (Janet) of Benton, Michael Hoffman of Mabelvale, Jennifer Ravlin (Jerry) and Susan Rowland; and his sister Darlene McLellan of Scottsbluff. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
