He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Strange and Steva Bullard Strange; and his siblings, Michael Strange and Virginia Herman. He is survived by: his wife Sherren E. Strange; his children, Russel Strange, Kathy Higgens, Sherren Moore and Summer McDermott; and his sister Barbara Woods. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
