He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbi Lea Frelin. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Frelin (Christin), Jennifer Strom (Chris) and Brooke Carter (Benny); his siblings, Craig Frelin of Fairfield, CA, Kim House of Spring, TX and Karen Vaughn of Atascadero, CA; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Levinson, Aspen Carter, Hudson Carter, McKenzie Levinson, Evan Carter, Beckham and Bleu Frelin. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
