She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Alexander and Lucy Neeley Duncan; her children, Betty Bell Grigsby, Jackie Bell (Judy) of Batesville, Larry Bell of Austin, Tammy Bell Bryant of Batesville and Lori Bell of Batesville; her daughter-in-law Shari Dye Bell of Perry, Missouri; her grandchildren, CJ Lindemann (Russ), Neil Grigsby (Cynthia), Lisa Winter (Terry), Samuel Alexander Grigsby, Sheri Tate (Roger), Brandi Bell, Andru Bell, Eli Bell, Terry Bell, Justin Bell, Jake Bell, Evan Bell and Mariah Moran; her husband Dean Bell; her sons, Ronnie Bell of Perry and Jerry Bell of Batesville; and her grandchildren, Nathan Stout, Lisa Grigsby, Alex Grigsby and Miriah Moran. She was also cherished by eighteen great-grandchildren;, and three great-great-grandchildren.
